Transgender Peer Support Group: Ventura – 8/11

Ventura County’s transgender support and peer chat group meets every other Sunday at Diversity Collective in Ventura. We have a great group of folks and we talk about anything and everything, from trans issues to grooming tips, from home improvement to trains, we get together, talk, hang out, and just simply enjoy being in a completely safe space where all identities are welcome and we can truly be ourselves.
Are you a little shy and want to bring a cis friend or significant other? As long as they’re with you and they are respectful, all are welcome.
Wanna try out a new name, or pronouns? Need to talk through some things regarding coming out? Need a place where you can finally dress up as YOU? The Trans Peer Group is the perfect safe space for all of that and more.
This group also comes together to help plan important transgender events in Ventura County including Transgender Day of Remembrance and Transgender Day of Visibility.
